Agreed "The gaming industry itself is the biggest problem". It was Caesars Ent that is blamed for getting online gaming screwed up. And it is the gaming industries indecision that is stalling progress. But, Nevada waits for no one. Good for them. Once they get it right, the fed's will probably step in and say " hey, that's my money".

That's rich, a lobbyist is calling for 'fair online gambling'. Since when do they get paid to promote fariness? Apparentlty they are cryinf foul because some people get to run casino gaming operations and the people who are paying them cannot. I agree though. Shut down Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Reno, Tunica, State Lotteries, Riverboat and Indian casinos. If not, regulate and tax it!

I knew that tribal gaming was all over. I'm not really surprised that 29 states now have it. I too am concerned about the tribes not earning as much as they used to. However, in most areas they have had a nice market almost all to themselves. Have they grown so fast and so easy that they are not operating efficiently. They have had plenty of time to develop their operation and infrastructure. They should be well ahead of most people. Fair is fair - time to open it up to everyone.
